How does the rental period work?
You can rent for a day, a week or bi-weekly . When your rental period is over, you have to return your device. You can then rent again and also switch to a longer rental period anytime. Our rentals are flexible, so you can enjoy tech at your own pace. Learn more about how renting works.
What if I damage a device or cause signs of use?
We want you to enjoy our products as though they were yours. We'll clean minor scratches and normal signs of wear for free after you return the item, and you won't be charged for any manufacturer device errors. However, you will be charged at least $150 for severe damage, which includes but is not limited to: cracked or shattered screens, water damage, significant dents or deep scratches that impact the device's functionality, or missing parts.
How can I return the device?
You can return your device for free when your minimum rental period ends. You just need to reset the device and remove any data. This way, we can rent the device safely to the next person. You can drop the device off at our drop-off point by giving it to one of out agents. We will send you drop off info the day before. Learn more about returns.
Is there a cancellation policy?
If you change your mind and your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it in your account. If the order has been processed, we can’t stop it from being dropped. But you can contact our support team and they’ll tell you how to proceed. If you rent with DEETS Business, there's no 14 days revocation period. But you can contact our business support and ask for a device exchange.
